Leslie R. Lewis

REALTOR® Associate

Raised in a family of Hawaii real estate professionals, my interest and education in Hawaiian real estate began at an early age. Model homes and undeveloped lots were my playground. My professional experience in the real estate industry has primarily been as a real estate agent.  However, I have also experienced working int he title insurance and escrow industry for many years.  Primarily in property research and analysis, customer service, and sales and target marketing.  For a brief time I was a licensed mortgage solicitor and and also earned my residential appraisal certificates and worked in an appraisal office at the young age of 18.  This diverse background in the real estate industry allows me to give my clients sound guidance to negotiate and navigate through the complications of real estate transactions and see the "big picture". It is important for me to make sure that clients have all the information that is available at any given time in a transaction to make the best decisions possible for the best outcome.

It was a journey and a challenge, but somehow, with two children in diapers and on bottles, earned a BBA in Business Economics and Quantitative Methods from the University of Hawaii College of Business Administration.  I've been fortunate to share my journey with my husband of 27 years, Wayne, a Professor in the UH system and we have two very bright and talented daughters currently working on their doctoral degrees.

Recognition received include awards such as HONOLULU magazine's "Best in Real Estate Top Agents 2013, 2014, 2016 & 2017 ", nominated for the Aloha REALTORS® Aina People's Choice Award from 2012-2016; awarded Top Producer Selling Agent of the Month, Quarter, and Multi-Million Dollar Producer awards. In 2015 I received a national level recognition from Century 21 called the Client Service Producer Award from Century 21 Real Estate, which I'm very proud to say comes from receiving the highest possible level of client satisfaction ratings.  I sincerely hope to be able to help those who choose to work with me.

It has also been a pleasure serving fellow REALTORs® on the Honolulu Board of REALTORs® Grievance, Bylaws Task Force, and Audit Committees, CEO's Statistics Committee, as the Aiea and Pearl City Joint Broker's Open Coordinator for the Leeward Regional Group and also serving as the past President and Secretary of the National Association of Professional Women Honolulu Chapter.  Currently serving my community as a volunteer with Be Ready Manoa, CERT, and the Junior League of Honolulu.
